Location
The walk takes place along the stunning Seven Sisters coastline between Seaford and Eastbourne, East Sussex. The route also passes Beachy Head, making this a particularly meaningful and reflective challenge connected to suicide prevention efforts in the UK.
Travel
Participants will need to make their own way to the starting point in Seaford and return home from Eastbourne after the walk.Once registered, you’ll receive a full information pack to help you plan your journey and prepare for the day.

Fundraising
We ask participants to aim to raise £200. Every contribution—big or small—makes a meaningful difference to our work.We recommend setting up a JustGiving page to share your challenge and collect donations easily, with funds sent directly to Maytree.
Bringing Others
Friends and family are very welcome to join. Each participant will need to register and fundraise individually, so please feel free to share this page with others who may be interested.
Fitness Level
This is a challenging walk of approximately 11–13 miles, including several steep inclines. It typically takes 6–8 hours to complete, including breaks.A moderate level of fitness is recommended, but there is plenty of time to train ahead of the event.

Maytree is a registered charity and entirely funded by donations and fundraising. There is no charge to our guests or the agencies making referrals and we are hugely grateful to everyone who supports us.
Maytree needs volunteer fundraisers from across the UK to organise fun ideas in your local community. Maytree will provide you with the promotional material you need to raise money. Put the fun in to fundraising by organising an event at your school, company or club or run a marathon or even grow a beard!
