Maytree is looking for a part time coordinator to join our dynamic and innovative team
Location: North London, Finsbury Park N4
Hours: 16hrs (2 days)
Salary: £35,725 FTE (£14,290 pa)
Saturday & Sunday – 8-4pm / 12-8pm + on call

- Leading day-to-day operations,
- supporting and supervising volunteers in delivering a high-quality service to Maytree guests in our London house and also remotely
- Playing a role in assessing the needs of potential guests and the decisions around priority &eligibility
- Supporting guests when they are in the house and promoting an atmosphere that enables them to engage during their stay
- Supporting the recruitment, training and induction of volunteers
- Providing line management and support to Assistant Coordinators (bank staff used for cover
